Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a not-for-profit, Life Care CCRC, is seeking a Director of Nursing for the SNF portion of our care and services continuum. MSAG is an innovative, CARF-CCAC accredited community with 500 residents making their home in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for empowering, coaching and growing members of the care partner team, with a vision for culture change, and person-directed care. Strong relational skills, compassion and understanding are desired for interfacing with our elders, family members and other constituents. Our skilled nursing services include up to 72 elders, in both a more traditional care setting, as well as two Green House homes. (www.thegreenhouseproject.org)
Qualified applicants must be a Registered Nurse with a current California license, have five years of nursing experience with at least two years in geriatrics, and three years in a leadership position.
