ChristianaCare has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Candidate Generation Specialist to join the Provider and ChristianaCare Medical Group talent acquisition (TA) team with the ability to work remotely. This individual will partner with recruiters and practice operations leaders to create comprehensive sourcing strategies and then implement these strategies to build robust talent pools of diverse candidates for physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant and various healthcare operations leader positions. Position responsibilities include: - Partners with recruiters to identify primary competitors and candidate sources for key positions within assigned areas and develops comprehensive strategies to reach them including social media, advertising, candidate database mining, networking, training program research, CV searches, etc.
- In partnership with recruiters and practice operations leaders, develops and implements comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools for open positions.
- Serves as an expert user of various online candidate databases to effectively source for candidates.
- Develops and manages all social media brand awareness campaigns and communication on social media. Stays abreast of emerging technologies and social media tools. Builds a comprehensive network of contacts and is a member of multiple professional groups for learning and networking.
- Assists in the design and execution of virtual and in-person career events sponsored and/or attended by ChristianaCare.
- Stays abreast of what's happening in the local, regional and national healthcare markets to advise the TA team of potential sources of candidates and provide competitor information.
- Researches and makes recommendations regarding best practices to enhance talent outreach and brand awareness efforts.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a heavy workload required.Work experience in healthcare experience preferred.
