This VISN 9 CRH RN is attached to Louisville; however, due to the virtual nature of the work and the provision of care using technology, the CRH RN may telework or be within reasonable proximity of a VISN 9 facility. The CRH RN will provide professional assessments, coordination, telephone triage and planning of multiple health care services. He/she is responsible for providing direct patient care to Veterans as well as training and support to CRH and Spoke site staff as appropriate. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
