Registered Nurse - Adult Emergency Department (Full-Time, Nights)

The Adult Emergency Department
Work in a fast-paced environment where you will experience diverse pathologies and high acuity. We serve over 122,000 adult and pediatric patients annually.
- State-of-the-Art Facility: Our 72,000 square foot ED features 94 private rooms, a separate Pediatric ED, and dedicated behavioral health rooms with top-of-the-line technology.
- Major Trauma Center: BMC is a key referral care center and the only Level 1 Trauma Center and Pediatric Trauma Center in the area.
- Collaborative Environment: Our department fosters a dynamic team approach with engaged providers and staff committees dedicated to implementing change and improving processes.
Schedule
- Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week (based on three 12-hour shifts)
- Commitment: Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Compensation & Benefits
Base Hourly Pay Range: $41.00 – $65.00
- Experienced RN (1+ years of Licensure): Starting rate $43.16 – $65.00
- Starting Salary Note: New hires typically start in the lower part of the range. Actual salary is determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.

Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
Bachelors in Nursing (Preferred)
Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
